For those who can't read Japanese, I'll briefly sum up what you gotta do. It's simple. You have to answer the following question:

What is the name of the dog owned by Anna?

Then, follow the link given in the quizz post in linked here and fill the mail as hereunder:

1) The answer.
2) Your complete address with zipcode included*
3) Your full name
4) Your mail address

* Do NOT translate your address!! Only the name of the country you live in. Example: if you live in Italy, write the name of the street you live in in Italian BUT the country in English.
And that's done! The quizz will end on December 22nd so hurry!
Now the prices:

1) New Year's cards for every contestant.
2) A surprise box with various items for 10 contestants chosen at random among the correct answers.
